Temp car in practice servers for those that join while you're on track. Loads the complete model once you go back to garage and go out again.

As Emi stated, those are just temp liveried cars to prevent small moments of lag whenever a new car joins a server AFTER you have started driving.
They only appear in practice as all liveries should be loaded simultaneously at the start of a race. If you look at the logos on standings, they are all Mclaren. Not a Porsshee in sight!
