RaceControl Online Profile - Name Change Rules and Requests ONLY

but that new name is not used anymore.. so that´s why i wanted it without numbers
 
Can someone please help me? I can't play online. It always says I have to accept the competitive rules and privacy policy – but how? When I go to my profile in the game and click the pencil icon, I can't change or accept anything. There are numbers at the end of my name and they're glowing red. Please help!

I have already come here again to ask to change my name. And I was kindly and promptly attended to. I come here once again to ask, for the last time, to return to the name I used before, as it is the same name that I also use in other simulators.

Current Name: Max Arrais
New Name: Maximiliano Araujo

When an admin “likes” your post, it will have been done.

This is done manually, and you will see there’s a number of requests above yours not yet done either. So please be patient.
 
Unfortunately I edited my name thinking the numbers were some kind of bug so I ended up with this.
Current name: Diogo Cruz#1943
New name: Diogo Nogueira or Diogo N Cruz

I usually race under my mother's name so if it´s possible to change to one of those two i aprecciate it
