Implemented Pit stop timer

right now the damage to the bodywork like yellow/orange front/rear essentially does nothing. Maybe a tenth here or there but generally does very little. If you wanted to replace the front bumper it could add an extra 20sec could be a minute.. no way to tell. Feels like they keep the damage model light because they haven't figured out the pit stops fully. If i can change my wing in the time it takes to do a full pit stop why can't i change my front bumper? Would be nice to actually have damage impact your race while also being able to fix it without losing a whole minute just for some bodywork.
