Known Issue [Online] No vehicle for race?

This issue is known and being investigated by the developers.

When you join the session, you can't race or quali or even practice because it says "No Car", if you rejoin it is the same1749559033662.png

Hello,

This is frustrating. Two races I have signed up for and both I can not join because I have no car to race? I have the car when I practice but not for Qualify or Race?

I have Race Control+ and I am able to practice with the Lexus and the new Qatar track and also Spa.

What gives? I have verified the files on steam and still nothing?

Someone shed some light on this please?

Devs are aware and looking into it.
If you have tracelog, your in-game name and race name + time we'll get server files also
 
Last year, I contacted you multiple times asking if you could kindly check whether my profile name — with the "#number" at the end — might be conflicting with another player using the same name. I never received any help. Now, I’ve decided to give the game another chance, with renewed hope. But as soon as I try to join an online race, I get a "no vehicle" message — and apparently it's because of the same "#number" issue again.


It's not enough that we're tagged with this number, now we can't even play. So I have to ask — was it really worth subscribing again and buying DLCs just to be locked out of races? This isn’t about being petty — it genuinely matters to me.
 
I've had the same today on two consecutive 'Daily Races' in the McLaren.
Will I lose BR/SF?

I'd upload my bug report/track log but I'm thick and don't know where it's located.
