On line temperature pneu.

Hello, I have a question for people who set up online races. Could I get an answer why in the Gold races in Le Mans we have a tire temperature of 0°Celsius in qualifying when the ambient temperature is 15°C? Is someone taking the tires out of the cooling box????? I know that tire heaters are prohibited, but 0°C is probably someone's kidding. We strive for realism and in the highest online racing this.

The races have all sorts of weather conditions, not necessarily matching current season. My feeling is that the quali session is simulating early morning session in late fall / early winter. Imagine it dipped bellow freezing during night and as morning came a warm front rolled in, raising the air temperature. If you notice the track temp is also around 0-2 C, and so would be everything left outside during night, such as the tyres. I find it perfectly believable, and quite fun to try to defrost the tyres on the outlap.

If we're talking strictly realism, then yeah, La Sarthe should always have mid-June weather, because it's a public road most of the year. But where's the fun in that?
