Implemented New steering wheel animation option pls (moving steering wheel but without the driver hands)

Hello , as far as we know there is 3 option right now in the game for the steering wheel , the normal moving steering wheel , the fixed , and without steering wheel . Can we add another option for a moving steering wheel but without the driver hands model .
