Missing folder

I seem to be missing the Liveries folder after creating a team to start designing a livery (using GIMP). Im at the point where I am exporting the file, but I can’t find the folder anywhere. I’ve already validated the program files via Steam, and all seems well. I’m not great with computers, so any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Maybe try to make at list one click on "Create Car" in any car in game. Did you ?
If you never done any car, it probably doesn't creates the folder.
Those folders and files are not validated or checked by Steam, imo.
 
I’ll give that a shot! I kinda figured Steam wouldn’t validate that folder, but I figured it was worth a shot! Will report back.
