Is it only me or ...... game freezing fraction of a sec .

The game freezes a fraction of a sec a few times per lap. It's super fast but anoyinhg. I just started using the Coach Dave Delta app so could it be that ?

Fanatec DD users have been having mini-pauses when using the latest versions of the Fanatec app. What wheel/pedal combo do you have?

Normally its CPU spikes and can be drivers - have a look at process monitor and system resources and see if you can see what is causing it. Especially any DLL plug-ins in simhub (remove all and try each one). Needs a bit of diagnosis which can be a pain, make sure simhub updated and any plugins, also check Simhub settings regarding FPS/load settings.

Pretty much a case of switch off as much as you can, test, introduce one by one ... test, test ...

Bit rando lol ;) Fanatec DD, latest versions.

CS DD ( 15nm) no such issue here thankfully.

Like dead Fanatec shifter issue.
You have to recalibrate it manually in Fanatec App first.
I advise anyone latter then CSL DD to use the App as I certain it had negative effect in ISIMotor.
No need not to, latest version added rFactor 2 telemetry 😌

It's Fanatec, You must always have a very good reason to update any of there software, Especially if it has the word "Firmware" in the release notes.

lowering sounds ? i'm not realy sure what you meen .
Head to the sound menu. You’ll see the option at the top. It’s set to maximum I believe as standard, I have mine at around 150. People with lower end systems have gone much lower and have found it to be of a big help, so give it a go and see if it helps.

I have a system that can handle the sim well - I lower sound threads to 32 without any issue of loss of anything meaningful - it is known performance gain can happen in the sim ref this option.

Oke , i have a good setup but I will give it a try. Still...it never happened before but i will give it a go. Thanks

Follow up !

I tested a lot of things and i'ts cleerly the Coach Dave app.
Perhaps my systeem is no good but i think it's fine :
AMD Ryzen 5 8400F 6-Core Processor (4.20 GHz)
32,0 GB ram
Nvidia Geforce RTX 5060 TI 8Gb

Lowering the number of sounds can also help with this, especially if your PC is a little on the slower side.
I tried this and i found out a lot of the feeling whent awy from my wheel . i have a Logitech RS50 with trueforce which uses the sound to make you feel the road and stuff like that. Found it interesting and thought perhaps you to. thanks for your hlp .
