Info Required Game Launching error.

Further information and reports are needed to assist development with a fix
Check your GPU memory stats also.
There's been other threads around about problems with loading Le Mans with a full field, as that means 64 different cars/liveries, and that puts a lot of pressure on GPU memory, especially at higher opponent detail settings. That would indeed be a problem if your GPU has less than 12GB of RAM.

If you're still getting crashes, can you upload a dmp file and tracelog please

dmp: send the file named lmuretail_sbid.dmp in steamapps\common\Le Mans Ultimate\UserData, make sure it was created at the same time as the crash! If you cannot find a .dmp file at the time of the crash, please look for a file beginning with "hs_" in steamapps\common\Le Mans Ultimate that is timely.

trace: The file is located in steamapps\common\Le Mans Ultimate\UserData\Log, please attach the tracefile with the date & time corresponding to your issue. For example "trace_2024_02_26_09_43_10-40". Do not send the CSV files

here is both files as requested. i hope this helps.

Okay the crash file is an old one worth deleting any other dmp files you have, then the latest one will be obvious.
Also have a look for a file beginning with "hs_" in steamapps\common\Le Mans Ultimate that is timely to the crashing.

i cant see any hs_ filenames in the le mans ultimate file, is there anywhere in particular to look? and i only have one dmp file. should i delete that and do a file reset to get a fresh one?

Okay that's annoying, means its a lot more difficult to find the issue, the hs_ files appear in the LMU root folder.

You can try looking in your temp folder for some .dmp files, if you press Win+R then type %temp% and ok, it'll open your temp folder. And yes delete the old dmp as its quite a few versions old now

I can't see any dmp files in my temp folder, only tmp xml and a few other filetypes. No dmp files. I still cannot find any hs_ files anywhere in the le mans ultimate folder.

Okay that is rather annoying. Can you try the following? To clear shaders open: steamapps\common\Le Mans Ultimate\UserData\Log\Shaders, and delete the dynamic.cache file. Next launch the game will be slow to load the tracks and cars as it is rebuilding the shaders.

I also found out late last night we also have dmp files stored in another location. Last place to check for them: C:\Users\you\AppData\Local\CrashDumps. There may be a folder for LMU in here, or just loose dmp files, if you have any pls do send them over!

Oh also, if you can send the dynamic.cache file over to me that you deleted, that'd be ace

ive managed to zip the shader file, but all the dmp files i found are 100,000kb each and even when zipped up they are way too big to upload.

Ah so it launched and got to the track looking at that, then crashed i assume.
I've got a devs help on this so fingers crossed

Can you try running without plugins? I see an "internalsplugin.dll"

It loads to 100% on the loading screen then crashes. I don't get to see the track or cars. How would I run it without plugins? And what could these be, as I don't remember directly installing any plugins apart from the extra dlcs.
