Not only I lose FFB, but I also can't use the FFB reset button, it says "force feedback resetted" on the bottom right, but it doesn't reset nothing.

Windows Version: 11
Steering Wheel: Thrustmaster TS-PC with Formula Wheel Add-On Ferrari SF1000 Edition
Steering Wheel Firmware Version: Base v13 - Wheel v6.27
Pedals:
T-LCM Pedals
Any other USB devices used with the game (Handbrakes, LapTimers etc):
Online/Offline or Both:
both
Car Used:
any
Track Used:
any

Small holes in the FFB, especially annoying when cornering, due to a slow update of the system, which interrupts the connection with the steering wheel for a few moments.

Windows Version: 11 23H2
Steering Wheel: Thrustmaster TMX
Steering Wheel Firmware Version: Package 1.TTRS.2024 Firmware: 20 Driver: 2.11.57.0
Pedals: Thrustmaster T3PA
Any other USB devices used with the game (Handbrakes, LapTimers etc): Connected but not configured in game T.Flight Hotas X joystick
Online/Offline or Both: Online, I haven't tried offline.
Car Used: GTE Porsche, LMH Peugeot
Track Used:
Sebring, Monza, Le Mans, Bahrain

If you can reproduce this on command, please provide a set of steps (Car/Track Used, Steps taken in menu to trigger this etc):
When it happens it seems to happen when going out again after returning to garage in one session during which other players connected while I was on track, or on session change during an event. It also happens when returning to main menu (and attempting another event/practice).
As a workaround I discovered I can reboot the wheel while in game and then press the reset FFB key to get back FFB.
FFB remains disabled after quiting LMU, the only way is to reboot the wheel.
Do you have any Tracelogs: see some attached

Not saying it's the case for sure, but if you're getting it at the same spot(s) on a track, try and check if it's a bump.

(Ickx / No name at Spa is a great example of this)

This game sucks, I've tried it again tonight and in the middle of the race the FFB is lost again and again at every moment, if it continues like this I'll uninstall it and dedicate myself to other simulators, I'm tired of riding on track and never enjoy a race in conditions, umpteenth abandonment for the same reason as always.

There's an "ffb-pub" beta version selectable on steam, you could try that and see if it helps.

That aside, your trace file might help to work out what's going wrong.

After testing patch 3 and being for more than an hour at Sebring with the Oreca LMP2, and even running a full race, I have not had any problem with the FFB. I had to increase quite a lot the steering wheel force, but then I saw that they have normalized the FFB force among all cars and that precisely in the Oreca they have lowered it by 36%.

That's right, because the game has fantastic physics, FFB and feel, but bugs can ruin the whole experience.

Just randomly felt that FFB switched off and on again - very odd sensation.
No pattern to it, was random, maybe 2 or 3 times in an hours race (sorry 50min race - gave up after 50mins after being punted by the AI yet again).

Seems this bug is back after patch#3. As if the fixes in patch#2 hotfix#2 and 3 were undone.

I'm still having ffb drops every 5s or so on single player, it's a bit better online, but not ideal.
Sometimes it's related to a hitch in framerate, sometimes not.
