Update : after setting my steering angle to 900 (on my wheelbase itself) the issue whent away.

Certainly. I surmised English was not his native tongue and that he had actually considered your tripe as advice. Just let him know that DLC had nothing to do with his issue & not to pursue that. Glad your issue was resolved! In the future if you have any issues run any Windows updates and then verify the integrity of the files in Steam. I've had many issues go away by doing these two simple things. Happy your wheel is working properly now though.
