If you are not going to open up for private servers and driver swaps, why dont you let us test a championship in GT3 with setups atleast, so that we are ready for the grand opening (long time under way now). 7 seasons of fixed setups in GT3 leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion, if setups are open for the real long distance races.
It is a good way to test the cars against eachother when only GT3s are on track. I bet one of the biggest fan bases are in the GT3s. This is clear in other titles too, so why not support this a bit when you are not ready for the real 1.0 release (with driver swaps and servers available).
Lets have a GT3 Championship with open setups and double fuel consumption to force some pitstop practice too. This will strengthen the community as a whole, and make the GT drivers ready to tackle the real endurance races.

Let's start talking on upcoming 12 hours of Spa.
My concern is what "minimum drivers" will be set for this race ?
For Silverstone (4 hours team race) it was 2. For 12 hours it must be 3 or even 4 I think.
Nothing except "open entry" is indicated in schedule. BTW does "open entry" mean solo (1-member team) driving is possible ?
Please clarify, to give us some time to find teammates.

Another question is how assists work in team race (assists are allowed).
What if in same team, one member has some assist ON while another member has same assist OFF ?
How weight penalty for this assist will work ?
May be assist will be set not for member but for car (which is used by all members) ?

I believe that the number of drivers needed to participate in the event is the same provided for in the W.E.C., and then, I hope don't you want to do 12H of racing alone? I think you must be at least 2 drivers
My team has 2, but I'm afraid they will want me to have 3.
Also if solo is possible, we will have a lot of solo drivers, entering the race and stopping in the middle (after 4-5-6 hours), or sitting in pitlane for hours (while sleeping)

Given that the WEC rule for Le Mans is:
I doubt they would force you to have 3 drivers for 12h. You can fulfill that with only 2 drivers.

For endurance races, are they considering imposing penalties for not complying with the blue flag?
Today's SP12H race is a disgrace...running 1st, 2nd, 3rd, it's all the same...there are drivers with the blue flag who don't move away, but the worst thing is that they're still fighting for position, closing gates and pushing you off the track or even off the track.
This will make people start to evaluate whether it's worth spending so many hours training and racing only to be kicked out by a lapped driver...
Is something going to be done? A countdown, and if you don't comply, do you do a Drive-Thru, for example?

Esto hará que la gente comience a evaluar si vale la pena pasar tantas horas entrenando y compitiendo solo para ser expulsado por un piloto doblado ...

Not denying some drivers are fully fighting for position when they're a lap down, but also there's no rule to 'move away' when you have a blue flag.
So there's some grey area to this, also (IMO) makes a DT penalty unlikely, because even people disagree on what's right and wrong, let alone trying to make the system judge it.
only dry tires are limited. wets are unlimited for any race.
if limit is 12 then you have 12 dry tires (despite they can be different front and rear in real life) and unlimited wet tires.

You mean 3 sets
they are not actually sets. we can change fronts or rears, lefts or rights separately, but in real life fronts and rears are different on GT3s and on RWD HY cars. so if we have just one tire left - then we can fit it to any wheel in game. but in fact only AWD HY cars have same tires front and rear.
