My driver rating has sunk very low since a lot of incidents caused by other drivers causing dnfs very suddenly. I am very very very bored in the lower splits, can i please have my dr restored to silver 1 at least so i dont have to be a fast driver out of sync with slow drivers in slow splits? They either wreck me or I win, this is not fun or fair for anyone. It's dangerous to have such a fast driver in the wrong sessions all the time due to no fault of my own.

No refunds

5. The incident was a clear case of intentional wrecking, which violates the following rules. Mistook me for a different driver and ran into on purpose.
Rule 6.7: "If participants act unsportsmanlike e.g. intentional wrecking, the organiser reserves the right to decrease their Safety Rating, ban or suspend them for a limited amount of time or even permanently."
Rule 7.2.2.1: "Crashing other drivers on purpose, even after the race has ended," is explicitly reportable under unsportsmanlike behavior.
