Drive Through at SPA

I did an daily race @ Spa and starded at the back, when coming out of last corner the lights for the control 60Kph light up and i was at 70Kph more or less, so red light alert, i quickly turned pit limiter so back to 60 Kph, but i got Drive Through.
It has to be seen because it´s a tied corner and racers spread there and to get on green lines on formation lap you have to throtle a bit, then control lights come up and you got DT.
I was not the only one, at least 4 cars had the same near me.

I also have the same experience, but only at Spa. I have received DT at Spa at least 80% of the time, so I no longer play when the track is Spa.
I have never had a DT at any other track, yet I have been over the limit at red lights, or have erratic driving warnings, quite often during formation lap, but never a DT. It is sufficient to stay below 60 kmh just before the green light, and the start is valid.
Only in Spa I always get a DT, and only online, in offline races I don't have this problem.
However, at least in my case, I'm always the only one who gets penalized, so I guess I'm making a mistake somehow. But I get no information while driving, just a generic "speeding" in the report at the end of the race. I always activate the limiter before the bus-stop curve, well before the traffic lights come on, but the result is always DT for speed, and I'm always the only one with it.
