Known Issue [CRASH] Unable to play - all races crash at 100% loading (Intel ARC card)

This issue is known and being investigated by the developers.
Can anyone with a A770 try online? Does it work fully now?
(I am about to buy it again)
There is an a770 user on Discord who also received the same email. You can ask him on Discord. However, at present, the driver version numbers for the A and B systems are the same. As for the A system, I am unable to provide you with a 100% accurate answer.

Why do you have such strange remarks? Anyone who has been paying attention to this issue has received an email from Intel. If you need, I can provide a screenshot for you. And I have tested it and there is no problem (so far I haven't encountered any).
And btw, what email do you refer to? From the Intel forums? Didnt get one (didnt participate)

You can see the same content on this GitHub page, scroll down to the latest reply from Intel personnel.

An update: Bought the game, and it did lag or just froze and close when loading an online race with FXXA on (didn't matter with mirrors on or off). Once I turned that off, the game loaded perfectly with no issues. This is my experience with a A770 btw... Also, don't know if its the game, but is it normal to get stuck at 53%, cursor shows loading, and then loads?

anyone have a b570 that it works with, because I just updated drivers and it still crashes with no bugsplat
Try turning off FXXA or use the setting recommended before, that should make it work. In my case, online can crash or not, but launching the game again fixes it.

thank you
Does the DDU driver removal app work for ARC? To fully sort your new driver version, use something like DDU to completely remove the old driver set. Best to do in SAFE MODE and make sure you have the new drivers already downloaded & unzipped.

I did try this and it still does not work, I also reinstalled the game

Sorry for any misunderstanding, all I meant was this has been an issue for a long time and this is huge news, even from the outside. I was jokingly (hence the laughing smiley) saying that your single line was understating the gravity of this.

Yeah, I can't believe this problem ended up taking a whole year.

just to be clear do it in dx11 config right?
You might need to delete the shader cache or check if it's a virtual memory issue. I'm a B580 user, and logically, the 570 has the same architecture. Turning off FXAA alone will make it much smoother, so I suggest you also try disabling the "Broadcast TV" option in the graphics settings.

does not work for me, Intel B580, No AA used. Temp files and cache delted. Sebring, I go to the end of the pit lane and my speed goes to 0 and i cannotleave the pit lane...

Yours is the 2nd post mentioning that. Can you try another track? If it occurs again, could you try another car? I don't think the first post about not being able to leave the pits at Sebring mentioned an ARC card. May be track related.
