Known Issue [Circuits] Gravel traps way too little stopping effect

Please adjust the gravel and sand traps the way they will make an actual stopping effect. Now they do not stop any car at all on any track. Actually gravel has the same friction as the grass - so close to nothing.
I'm sure this is an easy fix with adjusting some values for friction and sink. Thank you.

Completely agree. I ended up doing doughnuts trying to get out of one yesterday.
Like you, Skywalker22, I'd think in the grand scheme of things, this is a fairly easy fix.
 
Using my VERY foggy memory. When rF1 was first released, the gravel traps were demonic. Online racers screamed bloody murder they couldn't get back on track after a schmozzle at T1. So, fairly soon, and ever since, the traps were adjusted and made somewhat driveable.
I would suspect the gravel values used in LMU go all the way back to rF1 or 2.

@Wayne04 my hunch about doing donuts, I would guess your rear tires were extremely overheated. Doesn't make the situation correct, but might explain why.
