Which screen are you unable to click on? Is it when choosing between the bronze, silver, and gold? Or is it the register button?
I had trouble selecting an online race in silver, so I selected a bronze race, exited, then repeatedly clicked the silver race and it eventually let me in. It was once off so I didn't report it. Hope this works for you.
