The way I can display them would be:

VE: 88.22
FUEL: 30.32

knowing VE would be a percentage and Fuel a liters value.

That's the idea ! just debating if I'll include the % and L at the end of the values or not to make it more readable and cohesive with the rest of the dash.

Well, you need to define what those values actually represent, so you have to provide a unit of measurement.
That's why, in my opinion, you should definitely include the '%' and the 'L.
