my point is based only because if the Leader is not available, the team is blocked with the current assigned driver.

so, give it as an option when creating the team. 'Give permissions to all drivers' yes/no

hello only the creator of the team can do some stuff like reassigning drivers if he is not the current driver we don t care about permission like windows…. it s a game. so plz, let the drivers and not-drivers doing what they want. thanks
