Info Required Unable to Race Online after V1.3

Ever since i updated to v1.3 I’ve been having issues, today’s v1.3.1.0 didn’t fix it. This recent issue doesn’t allow me to race. After the sim loads to 100%, this pops up. When I click on back or close, it takes me to get garage. The moment I try to exit the garage the game freezes, or sometimes kicks me to the main menu. I’ve tried verifying the files, updating etc, nothing is working

I have the same error. Is there a solution? I noticed that if I log out and log back in, I don't get this message after the 2nd or 3rd time. But that way I have no chance of competing :/
 
I got a response almost a week ago saying:

Hello, sorry to hear about this issue.

I have asked the development team to take a look at this issue and we'll get back to you with any ideas.
