For future reference, you can zip it, it then becomes small enough to be able to attach it.

So having looked at the trace, and trying to acquaint myself with the reporting syntax for penalties, it looks like a penalty was given for driving too slow during the formation sequence. The penalty was given only 17 seconds after the formation lap started, so I can understand if you didn't see it. Probably focusing more on the gaps around you.

(gave a bit more info and updates as I tried to work it out on discord, but that's the summary!)

Ooh, even driving too slow? That could be confusing

(obviously I've never got a driving too slow penalty... *cough*)

Nope, not even that. You get either moved to the pits if dozing off too much, or a notification of the infringement that tripped the penalty system as green lights turn on.
I suspect that pitlane speeding message that gets logged when DQ is a copy/paste leftover.
