Info Required Team Event / Driver Swap Bugs MEGATHREAD (Part 2)

Issues encountered:

I have been kicked to the main menu 3 times during our WEC championship race at 9am GMT on Saturday 3rd Jan 2026.
3 times while in the car and once from spectator , Just to main menu , noy a game crash.
I restarted my PC one o f the times, but it made no difference.

My team mates have had this issue before , but this is the first time for me.
I have reinstalled my game since the last patch as when trying to verify files there were 8 that steam wouldn't /couldn't reinstall

Team Name/Driver Name(s): ME Nombo Racing - LMP2 / Matias Brockton, Jonas Dietrich
Issues encountered:
1. (minor) Both of us were unable to join when the event started as the banner in the top right disappeared and the 1900 slot was removed already from the online>special events menu.
Fixed by restarting (banner reappeared)
2. (major) We were both connected from the practice session on. Matias Brockton drove quali and the first 2 stints.
We crashed lap 17, damaging both right tyres (0%), which crucially led to the game altering pit stop settings.
Neither of us was able to change any setting except the tyres, as everything would switch back to the original setting a second later.
This included 'Repair Damage' and car settings like grille and wing, which were changed to quali(!) settings by the game (correctly reflected by -3 for example).
Jonas Dietrich attempted to rejoin the server, which had no effect.
Only after reconnecting a second time, pit stop settings could be changed again by both of us.

At 6hrs of Spa, our team, Spearhead Racing cannot inscribe on the race due to the game stating we have to be 2 to 6 drivers, wich we are
