New cars and tracks suggestion

Content like you request already exists in rFactor2 and probably every other sandbox sim. Dedicated titles like ACC or LMU can ONLY use tracks/cars governed by the series organizers. For ACC that means Sephane Ratel's SRO group. For LMU, that is governed by the ACO/WEC. ONLY ELMS & ALMS & the Le Mans Cup series fall completely under that ACO/WEC umbrella.
If they ever did decide or were legally able to add historical content, it would come under that same limitation. So you could POSSIBLY see tracks like tracks used by WEC in the past. This would be Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico and the Endurance layout of the Nurburgring GP track.(& Shanghai as noted by @fvizcay below)
(NOTE: NOT Nordsclieffe, that is an entirely separate entity and is controlled by SRO at this time.)
ELMS & ALMS have a few tracks no longer in use that could meet the Historical requirements. However, all the various leagues are separate so LMU could not just lump the old ELMS with old ALMS & other Le Mans Cup circuits. They would have to be separated by each group.
Since they have taken about 6 months to release 3 somewhat similar LMP3 cars & 3 tracks from the ELMS, I would not expect any rapid resolution of even just ALMS or the historical ELMS products. There has been ZERO releases to date using ALMS or Le Mans Cup, so we are again looking far into the future and absolutely no hope for any of the tracks you listed.(daytona might stand a slight chance since there are legal agreements already in place with IMSA, but no content licensing that I am aware of.)
