Moza - FFB Settings

After update that settings maybe wrong....Don,t feel the same ffb -
The wheel moves to much in straight , and cannot feel the weight of the car...

I still don't understand why you would set the Steering Torque Capability to 18 if you use Moza R9. It doesn't make any sense for me.

Now tested.

The car feeling and FFB are very well after the Patch.

I only have to adjust the Ingame force to e.g. 70% for the R12 after they removed the car specific FFB now.

If you were on 100% on the wheel before, leave it on that and change the in-game FFB Strength to whatever you had the car specific on. That way you don't change the clipping situation.

I followed Mirco's video and found it very informative.

Unfortunately the link in my first post was linked incorrectly. Sorry for that :)
I tested the following two settings in several cars on several tracks:
Steering Torque Capability = 9
Force Feedback Strenght = 80% (for LMP2 and GTE), 90% for HY

or

Steering Torque Capability = 18
Force Feedback Strenght = 80% (for LMP2 and GTE), 90% for HY.

The only thing that doubling the Steering Torque Capability does is to increase the strenght of the low-mid forces in my opinion. This results in less dynamic range, which I don't want.

As far as I know we haven't seen a dev say this does anything except what it did in rF2 - which is to potentially lower FFB (in a linear fashion) on strong wheels. For sure it won't be intended to effectively raise steering torque sensitivity with strong wheels, as that's the last thing you want (as you say), and the STS tooltip reflects that.

Might need some testing with telemetry to confirm. Or a dev comment.

In general, comments and recommendations from developers are needed, but they ignore these messages. Recommendations should be for different wheels depending on Nm. Since it is not visible what is being cut off. If they had provided their data, and then the pilots themselves might have corrected something. But we would have a basis.

I will try this again.

Hope that the devs can comment this Setting

I have the r5 an i been trying to find a good settings to racw with an i put these in an they felt good but still could chamge somthing but i dont no what. I run iracing next gen alot an dirt trackn on there. Any suggestions.

Hallo I used these settings for my Moza R9 and the steering wheel flies around my ears no matter what I set. I believe this means ocelation and not without even having 40% FFB in the game I can't drive no matter what settings and with any car please help

i could not show you better then this:

this is exactly how i use my settings on R12 and if you tell your wheel is flying - do you mean with that your wheel is pulling always to left or right with force but doesnt stay in the middle? If you have that the solution is piece of cake -> check your forcefeedback inverted settings. if you have it in the game to off then turn it off. In moza pithouse turn inverted force feedback to off and check if it works.

I've already tried these settings because it's exactly the same, it goes out, the FFB is not inverted, I can't keep it straight, it doesn't pull to the left and right, it goes to the light and right and when I let it go I can't touch it anymore knows it beats back and forth
