Dude! No you didn't! I've been using ACR for years now. Seen it grow from the very first beginning to what is has become now.

This is a no brainer. And have a pint on me mate 🍺;)

Doug, this is great, thanks very much. I'm interested in the widgets. All I want is a simple widget which shows my sector times on each lap*, with an indicator of improvement and a delta. Like Pribluda always did for GPL. Can that be done?

(*Showing say, current lap, last lap and best lap).

The LapTimes widget is supposed to to that. It only has granularity of sectors though (given LMU gives you a positive/negative delta). At the moment, it is a bit janky with LMU.

It intends to give your personal best (from previous sessions), the current session record (could be another car), your average/best/last/current time. It will colour code sector/laps for improved/slower/invalids based on the preferences you select on the colour page

I know the Current line is sometimes a bit messed up (it is only intended to give sector1 & 2). However the calc for sector 2 is incorrect and invalid laps sometimes roll forward onto the next lap. I need to sort out the data on these - it's made a bit tricky with the way LMU reports things.

This is one of the next things on my to do list

Thanks Doug, that illustration above is just what I want. All I can see at the moment when I run it is the 'Current' line only and sometimes only one of the sectors is populated. I'm looking forward to the update! But the info the app gives overall outside the game is excellent :)

OK, I just ran a race. I could see my personal best time in that car at the top. None of the other info seemed to make a lot of sense and I probably didn't have the colour coding right at all. I was in quite a hard fight with the AI so didn't get to set too much in the way of quick sectors although I did see a couple of purples... It's a shame that the overlay doesn't come up on an LMU screenshot.

V1.1.0 has a slightly improved lap times widget. For details of how it should work, press F1 and search for Lap Times Overlay.

It still has a couple of issues I need to iron out
  • The very first time through (first session), all fields are blank. After this they seem fine. It's a bit of an annoying bug and I can't find quite why at the moment
  • Current sectors aren't cleared out until sector 1 is crossed. Needs more investigation
  • Record (C) (ie class record - the fastest lap in class for this session) and a couple of other rows (Optimal and Average I think) aren't yet implemented. At the moment, Record will just show the overall fastest
  • For all rows it shows #nn, which is the race number (eg of the car with the record lap etc). LMU doesn't really have race numbers (well it does but they could all be the same if you pick the same car/livery), so a race number is assigned on joining. You'll only see who these relate to if you use the Leaderboard widget which can display a race number field

Great stuff, but why are no Laptimes displayed?

Doug, two questions.... None of my sessions since yesterday's update are showing - several GT3 practice sessions at Interlagos and a practice session and race this morning at Spa

I think I've got a post race timing issue where the gathering of fastest laps is happening too soon (so is missed). You can force it manually by pressing the Rebuild button on the Circuits page until I resolve this

Doug, thanks for all your efforts. I used this in ACC a lot. Amazing effort on your part.
Is it just something in my settings or is the Corvette GT3 being detected as the Cadillac LMDH

Good question - I'll check that. Which team and race number were you (if you can't remember, this will be in the Team column on the laps part of the session page)?

LMU doesn't report cars used, just the Team & race livery, so I need to do a lookup, which could be wrong
