LMU and Motec

Hello,
I'm trying to get the plugin working.
Are <DATA_PATH> and <USER_PATH> supposed to work or do I have to use other alias or absolute path?
The default should put the logs in a LOG folder in your LMU folder.

Remember this is an rF2 plugin, and originally rF2 was installing to 2 different folders, hence those 2 tokens. The default is DATA_PATH so if you want the logs somewhere inside your LMU install folder, just use that.

If you want to put them somewhere else, specify the entire path (don't use either token).

Hello,
Thanks for you answer put despite I hear the message starting logging, I don't see any data file in DataPlugin folder.

If you didn't change anything, the logs will be in Le Mans Ultimate\LOG

*PluginData is for the sounds you're hearing, not log files

@Emilian Huminiuc do you know how to add or calculate the camber and toe? I don't have these 2 channels on the list. I know it used to be there, but I reinstalled Win11 and today installed the Motec and there are no these 2 channels. thx for the help.
Or can you export from your Motec, so I can import them? thx a lot

@skywalker22 I think it's in one of the extra groups that are not enabled by default in DAMPlugin.ini. Supension_1 or the two extra wheel ones. For reference my settings:
Code:
[Extra Channel Config]
 Aero_1        = 3
 Controls_1    = 3
 Scoring_1     = 1
 Scoring_2     = 1
    //
 Suspension_1  = 3
 Tyres_1       = 3
 Tyres_2       = 3
    //
 Vehicle_1     = 3
 Vehicle_2     = 3
 Weather_1     = 1
    //
 Wheels_1      = 3
 Wheels_2      = 3

L.E: It's the Wheels_1 group

thx so much. Thats it.

One question, why do I have tire pressures like that, seems like the data rate is low.

And I have set:
[Base Channel Config]
Tyres = 3

and:
[Extra Channel Config]
Tyres_1 = 3
Tyres_2 = 3

Check your interpolation settings. Most channels by default will interpolate between values, this looks like it's set to 'last' (or whatever it's called).

I use this workbook from Manic in ACC and converted to LMU
Bumpstop channels don't exist in LMU (at least I couldn't find them), but otherwise most other channels can be converted to the LMU equivalent

Finaly got everything up and running. I wanted Motec for some more simpler quick ref views - braking, lapping, sector times, map, battery etc so I made this simple quick ref workbook screen, tabs off of this for laps/sectors, which is attached if its of interest.

Some channel mentioned in this thread with some math work are not in this, its just the things I needed to see. Although if anyone has a workbook with said channels correctly working that are mentioned it would be helpful, if your starting out and dont need a huge deep dive this may be of help.

The oversteer is a nice feature, but it doesn't work. Is there any way to make it work, maybe again using some formula?
