Do you have precise proof of that? As you said yourself just before, to end up in the most dangerous 0.1% over a span of 10 races, you probably have to do a lot more than just hit a few walls... ;)

First of all, people need to stop acting as if it's incredibly easy to get banned. Since the badge system was introduced, things have improved, but there are still plenty of aggressive drivers out there, so contact is far from being automatically punished. The system looks at your last 10 races...

PushkaGonka has a point. If you really don't want to make any effort for the sake of other players, then just create your own server. That way there's no issue and you can invite only the people who are happy to watch you hit every wall around the circuit.
